The Greville Arms Hotel in Mullingar, Westmeath is proud of its great reputation for hospitality, good food and excellent service. It caters to travellers on both business and pleasure and offers 40 ensuite bedrooms, which are tastefully decorated and fitted with direct dial telephone and TV. For added luxury, suites are also available.

Any stay at the Greville Arms is incomplete without a visit to its eateries, which pay homage to James Joyce, who immortalized the hotel in his book, ‘Ulysses’. Guests can dine at the James Joyce Restaurant, which serves à la carte and luncheon menus along with an extensive wine list. There’s also Ulysses Pub, an award winning establishment with excellent bar food and a range of beverages. There is also a carvery open from 7.30am to 6pm.

Enjoy delicious food in the Bistro which cater for weddings, conferences, concerts and private parties. At Hotel Museum see the world famous Canova Penitent Magdalene sculptor.

Mullingar provides plenty of activities for visitors. For the avid golfer, there are many championship courses nearby, while fishing and water sport enthusiasts will certainly enjoy the offerings of the surrounding lakes. Anyone wishing to do some sightseeing won’t want to miss the beautiful Belvedere House, Mullingar Cathedral or Lockes Distillery.
