Hidden gem
Rainy days
Discover the enchanting Burren Perfumery in Carran, County Clare. Ireland’s first perfumery was established over 50 years ago, amidst one of the world’s most extraordinary floral landscapes.

The Burren Perfumery is inspired by the rich flora and magnificent beauty of its surroundings. They craft signature scents, certified organic skincare, and handcrafted soaps and candles, using only the finest natural ingredients.

As Ireland’s oldest perfumery, it offers a rare glimpse behind the scenes of perfume making in a charming setting at the heart of the Burren. Every perfume, cream, soap and candle is lovingly handmade on site in small batches, using natural, organic and sustainable ingredients. Stand among artisan makers and absorb their knowledge in this magical setting, amid the windswept charm and captivating landscapes of the west of Ireland.

Parking for cars is available on site. Coaches and large groups cannot be accommodated.
