Wild Honey Inn is a family run inn located in the Burren region of County Clare, in the town of Lisdoonvarna. It has an award winning bar and restaurant serving local, free range and organic food.

Good food is the main focus at Wild Honey Inn in County Clare. Chef and proprietor Aidan’s cooking is informed by his classical culinary background and by living on the rugged West Coast of Ireland, where there is an abundance of local produce from land and sea.

Guests can enjoy fresh seasonal, organic and local produce prepared skilfully and served in comfortable and casual surroundings. The bar offers what Aidan calls ‘Modern Bistro Style’, with ribeye steaks, rare bred pork, local lamb, organic salads and cheeses, fresh local fish and shellfish, plus smoked salmon from the local smokehouse. Wild game in season.
