Visit the Michael Collins Centre in County Cork and enjoy a comprehensive presentation on the life and times of this Irish politician and revolutionary.

Discover the fascinating Michael Collins Centre near Clonakilty. This historical place was set up by Tim and Dolores Crowley. Tim, a historian and writer, is a cousin of Michael Collins through his great grandmother, Marianne McCarthy.

Explore an in-depth retelling of the life of the Irish soldier and gain an insight into the politics that shaped his career from an expert historian and through memorabilia, militaria and photographs.

Go inside the Farmhouse Theatre where live illustrated presentations are delivered by local guides, three times a day.

Outside is the Michael Collins Memorial Park overlooking the magnificent Argideen Valley. See the Béal na Bláth Memorial, a life-size reproduction of the ambush site where Michael Collins died with replicas of the vehicles in his convoys such as the Crossley Tender, Leyland Touring Car and Rolls Royce Armoured Car.
