The Kinsale Hotel & Spa is set on 90 acres of mature wooded parkland in County Cork, with panoramic views of Oysterhaven Bay. Guests are invited to unwind in the spa where they can enjoy treatments and refreshments.

The Spa at The Kinsale Hotel & Spa in County Cork, features 10 treatments rooms, which including a Couples Suite where guests and their partner, or a friend, can enjoy a total pampering treatment together.

Guests are invited to partake in their signature Ogra peat treatments. This peat treatment and unique experience is quite new to Ireland and the rest of Europe, however the peat has been around for over 9000 years. The peat that is used in their treatments is actually from the bogs of Ireland. containing over 200 organic ingredients that benefit our entire body and wellness. Peat can be used for beauty treatments as it’s so rejuvenating, moisturising and anti-aging while also amazing for reducing cellulite and muscle fatigue. Peat is extremely effective for increasing lymphatic drainage which is crucial for maintaining a healthy immune system.

Other treatments available include reinvigorating facials that leave skin nourished and rejuvenated with natural plant collagens and essential oils of exquisite high quality. The oils they use are 17 time more powerful than any other anti-oxidant and are from Morocco. Or simply let the warm jets of the Hydrotherapy Bath melt tensions away. Float into deep relaxation in their Dry Floatation Chamber. The Spa Manager and their team have a vast wealth of knowledge in treatments and therapy and are always on hand to advise and assist guests in the selection of their correct treatment.
