Fota Island Hotel Spa, located on Fota Island in County Cork is surrounded by beautiful scenery. Fota Island Spa offers a unique combination that caters for both the restoration of personal energy and vitality or holistic relaxation and pampering.

The fabulous Fota Island Spa brings together a unique combination of treatments, therapies and facilities, which help to restore energy and vitality, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, pampering or sporting excellence. 1600 square metres of world-class spa, Fota Island Spa has 18 spacious treatment rooms, including couple’s suites and three luxury beauty rooms.

The hydrotherapy suite, popular with guests as well as with athletes, features a ‘walking river’ which uses water currents and reflexology to revitalise, and the thermal suite features a tepidarium and hammam. There are affusion showers, floatation baths, a thalaxion room and conservatory for post treatment relaxation. The spa offers over 60 treatments and also has a fully equipped fitness gym, with a large swimming pool, relaxation area, and juice bar.

Tucked amid gorgeous scenery, Fota Island Hotel Spa is just north of the large island of Cobh in County Cork and 20 minutes away from Cork airport. It is in an ideal location for exploring southern Ireland.
