Take a delightful and quaint step into the past at the West Cork Model Railway Village in Clonakilty, County Cork. This unique attraction will delight all ages. Handcrafted model buildings and miniature trains tell the story of how people lived and worked in days gone by.

The West Cork Model Railway Village in the picturesque town of Clonakilty, County Cork features a fully scaled handmade model of the historic West Cork Railway Line. See fully operational trains and the towns that the railway served. This is a delightful way to whet the appetite for your visit to West Cork.

Jump aboard the iconic Road Train which takes visitors on an audio tour through the award winning town of Clonakilty. Facilities on site include, remote control boats, indoor and outdoor play areas, a café and gift shop.

An Interpretive Centre featuring film footage and artefacts of the West Cork Railway are also on display. It is open daily all year round. Visitors must pre book tickets before visiting where possible.
