Rathmullan Sailing School provides sailing tuition for children from 7 years and older and for adults. The school delivers courses from beginners to advanced dinghy sailing. The school also delivers kayaking lessons.
Rathmullan Sailing School is situated on Ireland's most northerly fjord, Lough Swilly. It is a community owned non-profit organisation with the main aim of promoting watersports in the area.
Within this sheltered deep sailing grounds the school delivers dinghy sailing lessons from complete beginners to advanced levels. The school is approved by the Irish Sailing Association. The school also runs a programme for 7 - 10 year olds called Cara Na Mara. This course introduces young children to boating and the sea and explores the natural environment around them. The school also runs kayaking lessons in beginners sea kayaks.
There is a club run along side the school for any members who wish to continue sailing or kayaking and enhance their skills.
