HikeandClimb are specialists in rock climbing and hiking. They offer half day, one day or two day activities, depending on your ability and experience, whether you are an absolute beginner or a more experienced practitioner. Services available include a rock climbing guiding service, rock climbing personal skills courses, introduction to various aspects of mountaineering as well as certified Mountaineering Ireland courses. HikeandClimb offer bespoke days of adventure for groups, individuals and families. HikeandClimb also organise courses at the Awesome Walls indoor climbing venue in Dublin City.

Ireland has a wealth of stunning outdoor rock climbing locations. From the towering dolerite cliffs of Fairhead in County Antrim, the rolling granite Mournes Mountains, to the inland mountain valleys of Glendalough in County Wicklow. Rock climbing can afford you the opportunity to discover places of incredible beauty and to escape away from the crowds. HikeandClimb use Dalkey quarry in County Dublin which offers a range of climbing options with over 300 routes available. They also facilitate travel to The Mourne Mountains as well as Fairhead in County Antrim, which features climbing heights of over 100 metres on distinctive vertical columns like organ pipes.

The optimum rock climbing season in Ireland generally runs from early April to September.
