The vision behind The Brooklyn is to bring something completely fresh to Swords with an elevated experience for all, inspired by the romance of Brooklyn and New York in the late 19th century. Diners can enjoy a menu filled with authentic food, from classic Italian dishes like arancini or prawn linguini, to succulent steaks along with modern American interpretations such as buffalo chicken flatbread. They also have an extensive cocktail menu to accompany any dish.
