Esker Hills Golf Club is located in the heart of County Offaly, approximately 6km northwest of Tullamore Town. The 18-hole course is noted for its distinct links feel, superb sand based greens and all year playability.

Esker Hills Golf Club is regarded as one of Ireland’s leading inland golf courses. It is a championship golf course where every hole presents a distinct challenge. Retreating glaciers of the last ice age created the stunning landscape of sweeping valleys, natural lakes and free draining soil, giving the club its name. Christy O’Connor Jr. designed the course through the sandy landscape that resembles links courses normally found on the coasts.

Esker Hills Golf Club is home to professional Irish golfer Shane Lowry. Shane had a glittering amateur career that culminated in him making history as the first amateur golfer to win an Irish Open. Shane has proudly represented Esker Hills in tournaments throughout the world including the Majors, The British Open, The Masters, The US Open and The US PGA.

Facilities include a putting green, buggy hire, locker rooms and a restaurant on site. A warm welcome awaits you at Esker Hills Golf Club.
