This flour is a finely ground Italian flour, a leading flour for making great quality pizza and pasta dough. Bella & Brava Restaurant also use San Marzano tomatoes for added richness and flavour. The onsite wood fired oven reaches a temperature of 450 degrees, adding a smoky flavour to the food and making the doughiest of pizzas.
