Enjoy an equestrian escape by the sea at Island View Stables, a family run horse riding holiday farm in Grange, County Sligo nestled between the foot of Benbulben Mountain and the spectacular Atlantic Ocean.

Plan a trip to Island View Riding Stables for a riding holiday in a beautifully scenic setting. Together with an experienced guide, splash through the crashing Atlantic Ocean and make your way to the stable's privately owned island.

Island View Riding Stables offer bespoke riding holidays for experienced riders to explore the tidal islands off the Sligo coastline. Guests will ride along vast unspoilt beaches, ancient bog lands and sheer rocky cliffs. Beginners can brush up on their skills in the arena and undertake gentle strolls on the local sandy beach and quiet bog tracks.

The stables offer residential holidays for individuals, families and small groups. It’s all about the client and their chosen horse. After getting to know your horse in the outdoor arena, you can trek across sandy beaches and rugged moorlands. All riding is guided and tailored to your ability.

Happy home bred horses are ready to take riders on a memorable equestrian adventure. Island View Riding Stables have horses to suit riders of all ages and with all levels of experience. They also breed Irish Draught horses, Irish sport horses, Connemara ponies and Irish Cobs and they have a selection of well-schooled horses and ponies for sale at the centre.
