They source the finest seafood and shellfish from Dunmore East, Kilmore Quay & Castletownbere, and the most succulent of local beef from Gracdieu, organic pork from the Comeragh Mountains, free range chicken from Wexford, and the famous Waterford Blaa from an artisan baker 500 metres away.

Critics and regulars alike acknowledge this place as fun and different. With an early bird menu available, it is also an affordable treat in a relaxed atmosphere with one of the best cocktails in Waterford. The restaurant has won many awards, and is also featured in The Bridgestone and Georgina Campbell Guide Book.
