Relive President John F. Kennedy's visit to his ancestral home on a warm summer day in June 1963. The Kennedy Homestead, the birthplace of his great-grandfather Patrick Kennedy, tells the story of this famous dynasty.

Celebrate the story of five generations of the Irish American family at this unique cultural museum.

Discover the legacy of those who left Dunganstown, County Wexford on an immigrant ship to Boston. Learn about Joseph P. Kennedy Sr's role as US ambassador to the Court of St James and the Camelot era at the White House when his son, John F. Kennedy was president.

See iconic photos from the day John F. Kennedy visited the family homestead and had tea with his cousins, he later described the trip as "the best four days of his life".

Check out the interpretative exhibit and trace the epic story, from Patrick Kennedy leaving as a famine emigrant, to his great grandchildren’s return. Make time for the audio-visual presentation, wander around the fascinating exhibition and view the historical interpretative display.
